Notice A: Firmware Upgrade for chargers – 20250108

Dear Partners,

Kilews has performed a firmware upgrade on the following chargers to optimize performance and extend battery life. Please refer to the table below for detailed upgrade information.

This upgrade is effective starting from January 8,2025.

SKC-P25W
  1. The battery cell balancing time has been extended from 0.5 to 1 hour.
  2. If the voltage of a single cell is detected to be below 2.2V, charging will not proceed.
  3. Disable the alert sound once fully charged
SKC-P50WN-S
  1. The battery cell balancing time has been extended from 0.5 to 1 hour.
  2. If the voltage of a single cell is detected to be below 2.2V, charging will not proceed.
  3. Disable the alert sound once fully charged
SKC-P70W
  1. The battery cell balancing time has been extended from 0.5 to 1 hour.
  2. If the voltage of a single cell is detected to be below 2.2V, charging will not proceed.
  3. Disable the alert sound once fully charged
SKC-P80WN  Disable the alert sound once fully charged
