We would like to inform you of the latest software upgrade for the KL-GTCS controller and iDAS program.
- Software Upgrade Overview
- KL-GTCSupgraded from V1.28 → V1.29
- iDAS programupgraded from V1004 → V1006 (V1005 was reserved for internal validation and not released.)
- Key New Features in KL-GTCS V1.29
- Barcode Field
- -Added to the Tightening Information page.
- -Synchronized with iDAS.
- Modbus Support for Lever/Push Status
- -Lever/push status can now be read via Modbus.
- -This status is independent of motor rotation.
- Controller Serial Number in Exported Configuration File
- -Exported configuration file name now includes the controller’s serial number.
- -Synchronized with iDAS.
- Shipment Notice
- All KL-GTCS units shipped on or after September 1, 2025 are pre-installed with V1.29.

To ensure full functionality, iDAS must be upgraded to V1006 when using KL-GTCS V1.29.
Example: If the lever is not released after torque/angle is reached, the system will still detect it.
