New Pistol Type
The SKT-CGT Series is an innovative smart electric screwdriver featuring a pistol-type ergonomic design for intuitive operation. With real-time monitoring and torque control capabilities, it ensures precise fastening control. Three models are available: SKT-CG50FT Fast Type (1-5 N·m), SKT-CG90T (1.8-9 N·m), and SKT-CG120T (2.4-12 N·m). Through the NDAS system, fastening torque data can be collected and analyzed to ensure assembly quality. This series can only be used with the KL-TCG-L controller.
The SKT-CGT series employs advanced transducer technology for precise torque output control. The Fast Type SKT-CG50FT offers a wide speed range of 2600~250 rpm, adaptable to various fastening requirements. Three torque specifications (5/9/12 N·m) accommodate different assembly scenarios.
Equipped with a real-time monitoring system for instant fastening status feedback, the tool features thread control to prevent thread slippage or damage. The NDAS data collection system records torque data for each fastening operation, facilitating quality tracking and analysis. Its ergonomic pistol design reduces operator fatigue.
When used with the KL-TCG-L controller, it enables comprehensive tool management and data integration.
