After downloading the software, the users can use N-DAS PRO for a trial period of 14 days for free.
If the users want to keep using it after the trial, kindly ask them to place order and feedback us the startup serial number (specific code as below photo) which is generated from opening the software on the computer.
Then we will offer the start serial number (password).
Kindly note that the purchased ONE N-DAS PRO is bound to ONE specific computer.
For this specific computer, it can link to different sets of KL-TCG.
Just if the users have 2 sets (or above) of KL-TCG and want to link N-DAS PRO at the same time, kindly let them purchase the equivalent quantity of N-DAS PRO software to the computers.
Besides, after the purchase, we will also offer tracking number of N-DAS PRO software.
Kindly keep a record for this tracking number as future trace and after-service.
Also, if the existing computer breaks down and a new computer needs to install the purchased N-DAS PRO software, kindly feedback this situation to us with the new startup serial number (from new computer) and above tracking number.
