Recently, Kilews received some abnormal issues of SKT-CG screwdrivers.
After the inspection, Kilews found that one component (TV diode) on the control PCB of SKT-CG screwdriver was broken and it would cause the screwdriver in abnormal communication.
Also, the pins of cable connector were burnt as below photos.

Below are the suspected reasons to cause above problems.
- The cable is hot-swapped without turning off the power of the controller.
- The cable is not connected well and tight.
In order to avoid abnormal issues occurring, Kilews has connected the cable and pigtail of SKT-CG screwdriver before dispatching the goods.
Considering the customer might need to reassemble the cable, kindly refer to below video for the precautions for cable installation of SKT-CG tools.
